Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing error (heel type, color error, etc.).

If you have problems with the size/number, you are offered the option of free modification and replacement on the same model, unlimited.

Some accessories used in the images are for combination purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones may vary during shooting due to light differences. Leather is a natural material. It is unique, just like your skin. For this reason, details such as color differences, pore stains and thorn marks are not quality defects on the surface of the leather, but are a feature of the naturalness of the product. Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced entirely by hand, one by one, the patterns and embroidery between pairs may not be exactly identical. This represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
