How do I take a foot measurement?
Optionally, we can prepare all shoes on your order according to your measurements.
When will my order be delivered?
The shipping time of each product can be found in the "Shipping and Delivery" section on the product page. You will be informed by e-mail for the products you have ordered. The preparation and shipping times of the orders are specified in the "product information" section on each product page. Our cargoes are from Izmir. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company. In the event of a delay or cancellation caused by our company, the buyer will be informed. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery cannot be made on holidays and public holidays.
In addition, by logging into our site, you can view your orders and track the status of your order from the My Account section.
Do you have the option to pay at the door?
Since the products are custom made, your order is processed after your payment is made. For this reason, we do not have the option to pay at the door.
Do you have installment options?
You can take advantage of our credit card installment opportunities in your transactions on our website.
Can I change?
If you have a problem with the size of our shoe models, you have the right to change the same model for free. For other reasons, as long as there is no manufacturing defect, the exchange cannot be accepted due to the customization of your party. For stocked products, you can make your change request for the product / products you have purchased within 5 working days from the date you receive your order. Change requests will be evaluated and your return will be provided.
In order for you to exchange the products / products you have purchased; First of all, you have to inform us within 2 days after your order has been received, if you want to make a change. Thus, if the product you want for change is available in our stock, we can reserve it for you. For change, you can contact us by mail or phone.
In exchange / modification transactions, both shipping costs (round trip) belong to the customer.
The product must be returned with its original box / packaging and label. (The exchange of stained, torn, ripped, worn bottom, skin worn, and taped packages with cargo bags is not accepted.)
If the product or products you want to exchange are in stock, they will be shipped to you as soon as possible after the product or products you return for exchange have been approved for compliance with the exchange conditions.
Can I cancel my order?
Since the products are put into production on order, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after creating your order. In order to cancel, you must inform us at email@example.com by specifying your Order Code. Your refund fee will be reflected on your credit card within 10 business days. The period of reflection of banks to the account varies. Cancellation requests exceeding 24 hours will not be accepted.
Can I return the products?
Since the products are personalized according to your requests and produced specially for you, we do not have a return option unless there is a manufacturing error. In case of problems arising from production, the packaging of the product you want to change must be undamaged and unused. You must send the product (s) you want to change with the original box and all accessories after obtaining approval from us. You can use your right to change within 5 business days.
Which shipping company is my order sent to?
Your international order is sent by express DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS Shipping. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business day after the shipping.
Turkish orders are sent by Aras Kargo.
Will there be any extra custom charges?
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Sanemiko isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on the website.
If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges.
Can I change the design or detail (color, heel height, etc.) of a shoe on your site?
You can request a change in color, heel length, heel thickness, toe and heel opening and closure, pattern and decoration on a shoe on our site. For this, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order. The price of the product may change as a result of the changes made.
