This product is specially prepared upon order and delivered to the cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is custom made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (heel type, color error, etc.).

In case you have a problem with size/number, free modification and exchange option is offered on the same model as your limit.

Leather is a natural material. It is unique, just like your skin. For this reason, details such as color difference, pore stain and thorn marks are not quality defects on the surface of the leather,  It is the nature of the product.  Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually by hand, the patterns and embroidery between the pairs may not be exactly the same. This represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
